Individual Art Psychotherapy with Adults (18+)

Individual psychotherapy offers an opportunity to explore your inner and outer worlds, to make sense of difficulties and strengthen your abilities, to explore how you are feeling and where these feelings, emotions, thoughts and behaviours may be impacting upon your day to day life.

Through using creativity and collaboration between us, the art psychotherapeutic relationship can offer space to work through feelings and find room to embrace the freedom to explore what it truly means to be you. Honouring all aspects of what makes you, you.

I see people who are:

  • Dealing with anxiety, low mood or depression.

  • Navigating life transitions, change or loss.

  • Experiencing emotional dysregulation and feeling overwhelmed by their emotions.

  • Feeling stuck.

  • Feeling disconnected from self and others.

  • Finding it difficult to navigate relationships.

  • Needing space to explore their identity.

  • Dealing stress and burn out.

  • Navigating work environments and curious about how this may be impacting on their wellbeing.

  • Experiencing low self esteem and self confidence.

  • Have experienced traumatic life experiences.

  • Open to wanting to learn, understand and feel more about themselves, their internal landscape and their experiences.

Together we can address both strengths and difficulties building upon:

  • Self awareness, self confidence and self esteem offering kindness to oneself.

  • Emotional regulation and emotional literacy.

  • Emotional grounding and resilience.

  • Better relationships with yourself and with others.

  • Tools and strategies to support your emotional wellbeing.

I work with people on a weekly basis which enables the therapeutic process to facilitate growth and change.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are held in a safe, comfortable and non judgemental environment working face to face in Worthing or Hove or Online.
